A. We celebrate many occasions
besides birthdays. Other popular events are new births (stork
displays), anniversaries, retirements, and graduations. |

Q. How much does a Shocking
Surprise cost? |
A. Prices are determined by
distance traveled from our home base in each city and the exact
display you order. Contact your location for a specific cost. |

Q. When do you deliver and pick
up the displays? |
A. We deliver the displays
between midnight and 6:00 a.m., guaranteed. Other delivery times can
be arranged. We pick up the displays after 7:30 p.m. that evening.
Later pickups can be arranged. Additional days can be purchased for
$50/day, based on availability. |

Q. Is a message sign included
with my display? |
A. Yes, a sign that's 4 feet tall
and 3 feet wide is included with your display. The sign has 4 lines
for your message, and each line can hold 12 letters, including
spaces, for a total of 48. See sign examples. We have over 500
sample phrases to choose from, or you can design your own phrase.

Q. How many items are included
with my display? |
A. The number of items, or lawn
ornaments as we call them, depends on the size of each item. To
achieve maximum shock value, we include:
50 pieces
for smaller items
30 to 40 pieces for medium items
20 pieces for larger items
You can order additional items at $1 each. |

Q. How far in advance should I
plan my surprise?

A. We can perform a same-day or
next-day delivery if needed, but normally give us a week's notice. |

Q. How far do you deliver?
|
A. For each city we serve, we
deliver Surprises to most of the metropolitan area, including
surrounding counties. |

Q. Do you deliver in bad weather?
|
A. Yes, we deliver in most
weather conditions. |

Q. Do you deliver every day of
the week?

A. Yes, 7 days and nights. |

Q. Can I combine items to
customize my display?
|
A. Yes, you can design any
combination you can imagine. We have listed a few of our most
popular combinations. Additional fees may apply. |

Q. Can I purchase keepsake items?
|
A. Yes, we have had lots of
requests for keepsake items. |

Q. How do I place my order?
|
A. We take most orders over the
phone. You can pay by major credit card, cashier's check, money
orders, and, with a 2-week advance order, you can pay by personal
check. We can't pick up your payment at time of delivery. Most of
our facilities are open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. |
