Please note: The date that you indicate on this form is the date the Flamingo Surprise will be received by the victim. The order will be placed on the lawn by 6:00 a.m. on this date. It will be picked-up after 7:30 p.m. that same day.

All orders require a 3 day advance notice. Any same day or next day deliveries call 972-234-0500 for immediate attention. On-line orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday will be received on Monday. Any orders to be delivered for Monday will need to be placed by calling 972-234-0500 by Friday until 5:00 p.m. or Saturday 10:00 a. m. until 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.
